Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza

So… this is definitely not the authentic taste of Italian pizza, as they claim, lol. But it is pretty good American pizza. It’s probably my favorite Pizza restaurant near to Daytona beach. But if you want more authentic Italian pizza go to new Smyrna Beach. The crust was good although next time I might ask for the crust to be cooked just a bit more to get slightly more crunch and less flop. We did order extra cheese on our cheese pizza. It was good and more filling… but I had it once before without the extra cheese and the crust was a little better cooked. They use 100% mozzarella cheese which I love… and it’s just good pizza that fills you up. The fries were great too, and it’s definitely a nice atmosphere with friendly service.

As Pizza’s go, this is about as good as you can get here in the area. The restaurant itself feels more like a sports bar… But has lots of space and both booth and table seating. Our server was fantastic… That perfect timing that you always want in a server and a great attitude along with it. The pizza itself? OK, we went for a plain pepperoni pizza despite all the amazing choices they have… As we were both really just craving pepperoni. But it was absolutely sensational and really hit the spot. we also had the fried mushrooms which were plenty full and very tasty. This is a great spot if you’re in the mood for pizza.

#1 favorite place to eat in Daytona. My family and I have been coming to Giuseppe's for over 20 years. They never disappoint. Our new favorite thing to eat is the Pizza bowl. But, if you are feeding the family the cecilian pizza is the best.

This might be one of my favorite restaurants I’ve ever ate at. The waitress was awesome and this price was good, but the portions are HUGE and the food is absolutely incredible! I got the bbq chicken fries, and I ate 4 meals off this! You can also see the pizza and fries in the background, that is a CHILDS meal. We are definitely going here again! Delicious!

I absolutely love “The Pittsburgher” Extreme. Their loaded fries are another huge hit for me. We dine in and do take-out. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable with the Pittsburgh industrial appeal. Great place for families and all ages. If you are in the area, put it on the “to-do” list!

We came for my son's birthday and cause we saw the restaurant on the Beard Meets Food youtube video. Wanted to order the Pittsburgh Extreme, and boy, did the waitress warn us the sandwich was big. One plate could feed 4 people. But, it was good.
